It began with planking, a fad which involved photographing a person lying down in a random location with both hands touching the sides of the body. However, a new trend has made its way across China’s social media networks, with Chinese girls showing off their version of the perfect split. The meme started when the doing the girl pictured above posted a picture of her doing splits in a dorm room on Weibo, a Chinese microblogging site. Soon after, flexible gals from all over the country began posting pictures of themselves doing splits not only in dorm rooms, but also on top of cars, and while eating or talking on the phone.
What would be more impressive is if the dudes start showing off their flexibility too!
