Communist leader Kim Jong-Il is practically oozing Vogue. Well, at least according to the official website of Pyongyang, North Korean’s capital. It says, “The August image of the Great General, who is always wearing the modest suit while working, leaves a deep impression on people’s mind in the world.”
The webpage also quotes an unknown “French fashion expert” who says the world “follows” the North Korean dictator’s style.
Kim’s been wearing the same outfit for eons. It’s like he was born in them or something. The man needs to get new clothes stat.
