I don’t know where you can purchase this creepy toy, and I don’t think I need to know. The baby also has hair on its back, calves and butt. It’s apparently an art piece designed by Zbigniew Libera from Raster, an independent art gallery in Warsaw, Poland. Libera is most well known for designing a LEGO concentration camp set in 1996.
